This study aims to develop Flashcard learning media based on the cooperative learning model Make a Match on the topic My Body Parts to improve creative thinking skills and learning outcomes of first-grade students at SDN Liprak Kidul I. The study was conducted to examine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the developed media in addressing various learning problems identified in the classroom. This research was motivated by students' low interest and learning outcomes, the dominance of lecture-based teaching methods, the limited use of engaging learning media, and the low level of students' creative thinking skills in IPAS learning. The research method employed was Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research procedures included needs analysis, product design, media development, expert validation, product revision, field testing, and product evaluation. The subjects of this study were 25 first-grade students of SDN Liprak Kidul I. The research instruments consisted of media and material expert validation sheets, student response questionnaires, and learning achievement tests in the form of pretests and posttests. The results of the study indicate that the Flashcard learning media based on the Make a Match model possesses a very high level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The media was declared highly feasible based on the media expert validation result of 94.64% and the material expert validation result of 90%. The practicality level, based on student response questionnaires, achieved an average percentage of 94.90%, which falls into the very practical category. Th effectiveness of the media was demonstrated by the improvement in students’ learning outcomes, with the average pretest score increasing from 64.00 to 91.60 in the posttest. Furthermore, the N-Gain analysis yielded an average score of 0.7313, which is categorized as high. These findings indicate that the use of Flashcard learning media based on the Make a Match model can enhance student engagement, create an enjoyable learning environment, and improve students’ creative thinking skills and learning outcomes on the topic My Body Parts. Therefore, the Flashcard learning media based on the Make a Match model is considered valid, practical, and effective for use in IPAS learning for first-grade students at SDN Liprak Kidul I.
